Continuing Education Program (CE)

Oregon Psychoanalytic Center offers a variety of classes, courses, and programs, providing clinicians with psychoanalytic/psychodynamic approaches to a wide range of issues seen in clinical practices. We want to inspire your interest in thinking and working psychodynamically. Our goal is to bring you the diversity and plurality of contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, share insights, and enrich our mutual understanding of how best to help our patients. Our programs address the needs of clinicians at all levels of expertise.

Registration for courses opens July 1st each year.

Continuing Education Registration & Payment

Pre-registration for courses and special programs is highly recommended to ensure your space and obtain reading assignments.

Refunds

If you cannot attend, please contact OPC at least ten business days before the course to receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $10 processing charge. There is no charge for applying the registration fee to another course or program. If OPC cancels the class, the pre-registrants will receive a full refund.

Member Rates

Continuing Education Courses are discounted by 10% for OPC members at the Professional Level and above. Register online!

Student Rates

Continuing Education Courses are discounted by 50% for full-time students with appropriate student identification. Please call OPC to register to receive this discount.

Special Programs are available at no cost to full-time students on the day of the program with a valid student ID if space is available. If you want to reserve a spot and register in advance, contact OPC for a 50% discount code.

Community Mental Health Rates

Community mental health professionals working at least 20 hours per week in community mental health settings may apply for a 50% discount in continuing education courses and special events (with CME credits). Contact [email protected] for more information or to register.

The Oregon Psychoanalytic Center reserves the right to cancel any course or program.

Continuing Medical Education Credits

These CME credits will usually satisfy CEUs for psychologists, social workers, and counselors in Oregon. Clinicians should consult their respective state licensing boards for final approval.
