REFUNDS: If you are unable to attend, please contact OPC at least ten business days before the course to receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $10 processing charge. There is no charge for applying the registration fee to another course or program. If OPC cancels the class the pre-registrants will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for missed classes.
